Remote and on-site support
A problem? You call or open a request. We take over remotely, and if that is not enough, a technician comes to your office.
DeepIT, based in Brussels, is the IT department of the self-employed and independent professionals: lawyers, accountants, architects, physiotherapists and other practices and offices. You have one number to call when something does not work, your computers and accounts are protected, your files are backed up outside your office, and it all comes at a price per computer known in advance.
You have neither the time nor the wish to become an IT person. That is our job.

Everything a dedicated IT person would do, by a team that knows your setup.

Updates, protection and disk health tracked on every machine. A new computer is prepared before it reaches your desk.
A protected professional address in your name, with calendar and shared folders. Details: Microsoft 365 for SMEs and practices.
The office number on your mobile, missed calls followed up, a clear greeting. See 3CX IP telephony.
Accounting software, case management, drawing software: when something needs installing, updating or unblocking, we talk to the vendor for you.
A lawyer, an accountant or a physiotherapist holds confidential information. The basic rules are simple, and we put them in place for you: one account per person, a confirmation code on the phone, files that are not open to anyone, a backup with a copy outside the office, and a mailbox nobody can impersonate.
Professions that make payments for their clients are a prime target for fake invoices: how a supplier "changes bank account" and steals a payment. And if the office passwords are in an Excel file: what to replace it with.
Confidential client files, emails with heavy attachments, work at the office, in court or at home: secure remote access and protected email.
Closing periods when nothing may break down, many documents exchanged with clients and payments to secure: monitored computers, backup, vigilance about fake invoices.
Large plan files and demanding drawing software: computers sized for them, and shared files that stay fast.
Health data, a busy diary, often one or two people: what is needed, without complications. For medical practices: medical IT.
A price per computer per month, depending on the plan you choose. The Essentiel plan is designed for the self-employed or a small team. What is included is written in black and white; licences and backup storage are billed separately, line by line.
What makes the price vary from one plan to another: how much managed IT costs an SME.
DeepIT, in Brussels, looks after the IT of the self-employed and independent professionals: remote and on-site support, monitored computers, Microsoft 365, backup and security, at a price per computer known in advance.
Yes, if your computer is your working tool. The Essentiel plan covers one or a few computers: you know whom to call, and basic security is in place without you having to think about it.
Yes. We fix things remotely first when possible, and come on site when needed: we are in Brussels.
That is the real risk for a self-employed professional: one computer, with all the work on it. The backup, with a copy outside the office, lets us put your files back on another computer, and your email is already in Microsoft 365. We prepare that scenario before it happens, not on the day of the failure.
We check during the audit and see with the vendor what it needs (computer, server, version). We do not replace your software: we make sure it runs well.
The switch is prepared so that nothing stops: what the previous provider must hand back, and in which order, is explained in how to change IT provider without everything stopping.
For offices with several people, see IT for SMEs and our managed IT services.
A supplier ‘changes bank account’ by email? That is invoice fraud. Warning signs, the payee name check, and what to do if you have paid.
An Excel file of passwords gets copied, shared and never forgotten. Why it is risky and how to move to a business password manager.
