General terms of use of the website
This translation is provided for information; in case of discrepancy, the French version prevails. Version of 27 October 2026. Replaces the version of 10 February 2021.
Definitions and application
The “website” means the websites deepit.be, deepsense.systems and deepflow.be, published by DeepIT SRL, Rue de la Colonne 1A, 1080 Molenbeek-Saint-Jean (Brussels), CBE 0766.716.506, reachable on 02 808 18 32 and at [email protected] (“the provider”). The “visitor” is any person who consults the website or sends a form.
By using the website, the visitor accepts these terms. The provider may amend them; the applicable version is the one published on the date of the visit. The legal notice identifies the publisher.
Access and use
The website is accessible free of charge. The provider makes its best efforts to keep it available, without guaranteeing continuous access or compatibility with the visitor's equipment, and may modify or interrupt it at any time, in particular for maintenance.
The visitor shall not, by any means whatsoever:
- attempt to access parts of the website that are not public;
- disrupt the operation of the website (denial-of-service attack, mass sending of requests, abusive scraping bots);
- send unlawful content, viruses or patient health data through the forms;
- impersonate a third party or provide false information;
- collect personal data of other visitors.
Intellectual property
The texts, images, videos, animations, logos, trade marks, databases and code of the website are protected (copyright, trade mark law, database producer's right) and belong to DeepIT SRL or its partners. The visitor may consult them and quote short extracts, stating the source. Any other reproduction or extraction, as well as any commercial use, requires the provider's written consent.
A simple hyperlink to a page of the website is permitted, provided it does not suggest a partnership and does not harm the provider's image.
Liability
The information on the website is given in good faith and does not replace advice suited to the visitor's situation; it may contain errors or be out of date. The provider is bound by an obligation of means and is liable for its fraud and gross negligence; it is not liable for indirect damage related to the use of the website, nor for third-party websites to which links refer, over which it has no control.
No limitation in this paragraph applies in the event of fraud or gross negligence, nor to what the law prohibits from being limited, in particular towards a consumer.
The visitor protects their equipment (antivirus, updates): no website is free of IT risk.
Personal data and cookies
Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy; the use of cookies is described in the cookie policy.
Miscellaneous provisions and applicable law
The invalidity of a provision does not affect the others. Failure to invoke a breach does not constitute a waiver. These terms are subject to Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties seek an amicable solution; failing that, the courts of Brussels have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory rules protecting consumers.
