In brief
During your visit, our website sets no measurement, advertising or social media cookie, and does not track you from one website to another. This is why it does not display a consent banner.
The only items stored or read in your browser are strictly necessary for the security of the website or for the service you request (details below).
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser. Other techniques have the same effect (browser local storage, pixels, device fingerprinting). Belgian law subjects them all to the same rule: they require your consent, unless they are strictly necessary for the service you request (Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC, transposed in Article 10/2 of the Act of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data). According to the Data Protection Authority, an audience measurement cookie is not one of the exceptions.
What the website uses
- Audience measurement: no cookie, nothing in the browser. Page views are counted by our server (see the privacy policy).
- Network protection by Cloudflare: a technical cookie (__cf_bm) may be set when traffic looks suspicious, to distinguish a visitor from a bot. Strictly necessary for security: no consent requested. During our checks on 26/10/2026, no cookie was set when the website was opened.
- Form bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), on pages containing a form: the Cloudflare script loads only when you start filling in the form. It keeps a technical indication in your browser's local storage for the Cloudflare domain (challenges.cloudflare.com), not in that of our website, and sets no cookie on our website. Strictly necessary for the security of the form you ask to send: no consent requested. The data received by Cloudflare is described in the privacy policy.
- Third-party content (video, map, external calendar): none at present. If we add any, it will load only after you click.
Restricted areas
The website's editing studio and the customer portal use strictly necessary login cookies. They do not concern visitors to the public website.
Deleting or blocking cookies
You can delete or block cookies and site data at any time in your browser settings (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Edge). The website keeps working.
If this changes
If we ever add a tool that sets a non-essential cookie, we will first ask for your consent, with a “Reject” button as simple as “Accept”, and we will update this page.
